L’Oréal Paris is partnering with YouTube to sponsor the launch of a revolutionary online beauty resource called Destination Beauty, the first-ever channel dedicated strictly for women craving the application expertise, DIY insights, and personal tips from beauty enthusiasts that they can trust.
The year-long program will feature a series of videos from YouTube video stars, including KandeeJohnson and Panacea81, who have gained cult followings for their product demonstrations and makeup lessons. Multiple videos will be uploaded every week to cover a range of techniques.
I’ve only just started checking out Destination Beauty, but I’m really enjoying it. It features step-by-step tutorials on everything from copying looks from celebs like Katy Perry and Leighton Meester to mastering beauty basics like applying foundation. It should be a fun resource for makeup junkies. And if– like me –you tend to get stuck in a makeup rut, you might find some inspiration from all the creative expertise on display. I need step by step instructions since I can’t even handle going from YouTube to MP4 nevermind doing a good smokey eye makeup look!
