I’m sure you’ve heard of Crystal Light On the Go Packets. Ya know, the commercial says “Pump it up!”?

Do note that the “Light” means they are sugar free. They are sweetened with Aspertame, which I personally don’t care for. If you like diet soda, then you will probably love Crystal Light On the Go Packets. They are healthier for you too!! I liked all the flavors, but would have been happier if they had been sweetened with Splenda.

I think the idea of spicing up your water to make it more drinkable is a great idea. I have trouble drinking as much water in a day as I should and something like this could really help me to drink more. And we all know that the more water you drink, the healthier you’ll be!
