If you are looking for a general use product that has the best overall results, you should go with a full or broad spectrum product. The additional compounds found in both these types of CBD act as an entourage effect. If you are concerned about THC showing up on a drug test, you should choose a CBD isolate product.

 There are many ways to take CBD. The choice is largely up to you and what type of treatment you are searching for. If you are treating sore muscles, you may want to use a topical CBD balm or treat your pain internally with a vape. Here are a few of the most popular ways to take CBD:

  • The capsule format of CBD is very popular. It has long lasting results, but takes a while to digest and get into the bloodstream. Most capsules containing CBD are vegan, but can be a bit large to swallow.

  • For aches and pains like arthritis, you can use CBD-infused creams and balms. The CBD will soak into the skin and relieve inflammation and pain.
