Banish Oily Skin While Reducing The Visibility Of Pores And Fine Lines
Skinn’s Orchid Gel Mattefying Primer helps keep your skin shine-free and “matte”, making it great for anyone with oily skin, large pores, or fine lines.
Orchid Gel Mattefying Treatment is an amazing oil-absorbing formula that helps prevent formation of black-heads and blurs the look of fine lines. It is not thick or waxy, like it may appear to some. It’s actually very smooth and feels amazing when you smooth it on. You can put it on over liquid foundation to set makeup, or wear under makeup as a primer. I’ve used it both ways and prefer to use it over my liquid foundation instead of powder.
It works so well at hiding pores and controlling oily skin, that sometimes I wear it alone, without any makeup on top or underneath. It leaves my skin looking even and matte all day. Plus, I don’t get any breakouts or acne from using this product. That’s a huge bonus!
Another thing I like about it is the pleasant scent. It’s great on those forehead lines that start to pop up midday. It totally filled in those lines and made them disappear without any heaviness. I read one review of Orchid Gel that said it was heavy on the silicone, but I haven’t noticed this at all. In fact, quite the opposite. It’s very light and feels amazing on your skin. I have a VERY oily T-zone, and this is one of the only things I’ve ever used that targets that specific problem. I put in on in the morning and it lasts for a good 12-14 hours before I notice my forehead getting oily again. It really is an amazing product.

Before And After
As you can see, this product totally obliterates shine while leaving pores virtually invisible.
All the other reviews I’ve read had lots of great things to say about this product and I’m not surprised. I like it a lot! If you have oily skin, you should definitely give it a try. You can get a small container of it for only $10.00 on Skinn.com. Or you can get as a part of the Skinn Eight-Piece Skin Care Essentials Set for $60.00.
If you want to see this stuff in action, be sure to tune in this weekend to Shop NBC and watch Dimitri James who will be featuring Skinn’s new product, Chin Up!

The Made from Earth Rosehip & Hibiscus Face Serum is perfect for my skin. My chin, forehead and especially my nose tend to be oily, but the rest of my face can be really dry. Anything I use to prevent or reduce acne generally dries out my face. I haven’t been able to find this moisturizer at my regular stores lately, so I used another brand’s moisturizer (Dove, I believe), and my face started breaking out by the next day. I’ve read other reviews where people said this moisturizer makes their skin softer than it’s ever been. I guess it just really depends on your skin type. They should sell cheaper samples, so people can try out these kind of products. Oh well. I’m just glad to find it on their website – if your looking for it its: http://www.madefromearth.com.
I have been trying for years to find the right moisturizer for my skin, which despite being super oily and prone to breakouts, dries up and flakes in certain areas. It’s been so severe that I have not been able to wear make-up, because it would just accentuate it.
From the first day I used the Vitamin Enhanced Moisturizer (from the Made from Earth skincare line), the problem was eradicated. It was heavy but NOT oily, and the dry spots were gone! Not only that, but my skin was wonderfully clear and soft.
After I ran out of this, I tried using a more expensive Estee Lauder cream, and the dryness was back in a few days. Yes, the price tag is a bit steep, and as some reviewers have mentioned, but its is HYPOallergic and worth it to avoid any reactions – perfect for those of us like me with ULTA sensitive skin.
Definitely give it a try is you have tried everything and nothing seems to work – This moisturizer is well worth looking into!
I desperately needed an under-eye treatment for dark circles and morning puffiness. I use Dermalmd under eye treatment serum after washing and moisturizing and within minutes my under eye area looks SO much better. I also apply it at night all around the eye to fight fine lines and wrinkles.
My absolute favorite eye cream is Nerium Age-Defying Eye Serum. It’s expensive but worth it! My second choice would be Origins GinZing Refreshing Eye Cream.
