Ways to Improve a Home’s Exterior Without Spending a Fortune
What message does your home convey as you drive by? Does it look welcoming and warm? Or does it look like the Halloween decorations got left up all year long?
In many ways, a home’s exterior is more important than the interior. That’s certainly the case if you live in an HOA. Exterior projects may seem like a large, expensive undertaking but there are a lot of ways to improve the exterior of your home without spending a fortune.
Clean Up
The first step to having a beautiful yard is cleaning it up. No matter how much you invest in your landscaping and exterior it won’t look its best if it’s not maintained. Clear out the clutter, remove debris and prune the plants. It’s amazing what a difference a day of cleaning can do for curb appeal.
Plant Flowers
Everyone enjoys a floral splash of color. Flowers immediately make the exterior look cheerier and brighter no matter what type of flower it is.

Paint or Replace the Front Door
The front door is like the welcome mat of your home. It invites people in and can give a home personality. There are two options:

Mow the Yard
