Sneaker Review: ASICS GEL-Fit Sana Training Shoes

I’m not a runner nor a super athletic person, although staying healthy and fit is a priority in my life. When looking for a pair of sneakers, the top 4 features I look for are:

1. COMFORT
I mean obviously, if I’m going to wear sneakers I want them to be comfortable, otherwise I’d wear stilettos, right?! Not all sneakers are comfy though, so this is a priority.

2. LIGHTWEIGHT
Some sneakers are comfy but heavy. I don’t want to put in extra effort just to lift up each foot! Remember those Skechers Shape Ups that weighed at least 2 pounds per shoe? That is so last year. Feather light shoes are where it’s at.

3. FLEXIBILITY
I want a sneaker that moves with my foot so I don’t know it’s there. A great sneaker should become part of your foot, fit like a glove and allow you to move freely.

4. PRICE
Last but not least, I need an affordable price point of less than $100. End of story.

First off, these sneakers are beyond amazing. I love the stretchable mesh upper and the sock-ish lining. They feel like a second skin when you put them on and best of all, I can wear them with barefeet. My feet don’t sweat or get marks on them even after all day wear.

Secondly, these sneakers are super lightweight, weighing in at just 5.6 oz. They are so light and so comfortable, you’ll forget you are wearing them.
