Bright Shoes To Welcome Spring

Well, it’s officially Spring, even though it feels like Summer in parts of the Northeast these days.  And that means that it’s time to focus on fun shoes and bright colors.  I just got back from a beach vacation, so I’m feeling all bright and neon (thankfully my skin isn’t pale white or bright pink!)  and when I found these shoes on the Zara website they inspired me to ditch the dark hues of winter and get my spring on.

I love the bright lemon color.  It would look really cute with a spring neutral, like navy or grey, and could be the perfect splash to wake up your wardrobe.

If flats are more your thing, try this cute neon pink strappy sandal.  With just a hint of pink it looks bright and sexy without screaming for attention.

Nothing works better for that spring into summer transition than cork.  This shoe, in particular, will take you places this spring, even if the temps fall back into a more normal range.  The black is grounding and won’t look like you’re trying too hard to rush the seasons, but the open toe keeps it fun and flirty and cool (both temperature and attitude wise) as the months get warmer.
