Trend Alert: Sweater Dresses

There are so many beautiful sweater dresses available right now. It’s a hot trend that everyone from 2 year olds to 62 year old are taking part in. Most obvious is the rise in celebs spotted in this cozy Fall/Winter trend.

Sweater dresses are very versatile. You can wear them with tights, nylons, leggings, knee socks, jeans, and pants, not to mention all the different shoe styles you can wear with them as well. You can dress them up for evening with nylons and heels, or dress them down for weekends and work with knee high boots and a long necklace.

My favorite look is in the Banana Republic Fall 2007 catalog as seen in the picture to the right. That dress is $98.00, which I think is much too expensive.
