    My cousin purchased a necklace for me from your collection. It has several strands which have what looks like small gold nuggets periodically spaced along the strands. However, the strands are so twisted that I can’t wear it. How can I straighten it out ? I myself would like to take it apart, but I really don’t know how. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. We are having dinner together on Sunday and I would love to wear it to show her that I love it.
