If you have been constantly ditching the beach plans with your friends because you are not comfortable with those bulgy lumps around your thighs showing, you are not alone. Cellulite fat deposits deep inside the skin and form bulgy lumps on the skin. Areas around butts, thighs and inner thighs, stomach and arms are the most common victims of cellulite. When it comes to physical appearance, cellulite results in self-esteem issues and makes you less confident about your body. There are many women who prefer sticking to wearing full sleeves or avoid beach parties just to make sure that the cellulite on their bodies stays covered up. Luckily, it is possible to get rid of cellulite on your body in many ways.
- Cellulaze
If you are someone who wants to get rid of cellulite on your body at any case and would not mind going for a somewhat invasive procedure, Cellulaze is a one of the popular options. The procedure involves insertion of a laser tube in the patient’s skin which melts the fat pockets deep inside the skin and makes way for the growth of new collagen. The procedure is costly and is done under general anesthesia. People who have undergone the treatment claim that they saw a visible difference in how their affected area appeared before and after the procedure. While the procedure has great results, the results are not permanent and last for a year.
- Zwave
Zwave is an energy based cellulite removal method that involves using shockwave therapy. It not only busts the gas pockets deep inside the skin that cause cellulite but also improves the structure of your skin. The method results in significant improvement among patients with mild to moderate cellulite but does not guarantee 100% cellulite removal for people with severe cellulite. The method requires multiple sessions and the cost ranges from $300 to $500 per session.
- Vanquish
This is a popular noninvasive method of cellulite removal. It is also energy based method and relies on radiofrequency energy to break the fat pockets in the skin. The method is safer and has more precision since it only targets fat cells in the affected area therefore it promises cellulite removal without causing any harm to your skin. The method is painless and does not require any downtime post treatment.
- Creams and Lotions
If you are not a fan of getting cosmetic procedures done on your body and would like to stick to a method that helps fighting cellulite without putting a dent on your pocket, then you can choose from the multitude of cellulite creams and lotions available in the market. These cellulite creams have anti-cellulite agents such as caffeine which dehydrates fat cells and breaks them. A consistent use of these creams with rigorous massage on the affected area helps to keep cellulite at bay. My personal favorite is Nerium Firming Body Contour Cream.
- Coffee Scrubs
Coffee scrubs give you the combined benefit of caffeine as a fat cell busting agent along with exfoliation of your skin that you get from dry crushing. While coffee targets the fat cells, the scrub exfoliates your skin, boosts blood circulation and minimizes cellulite. Check out our coffee scrub recipe here.
- Anti-Cellulite Shorts
One of my personal favorites for combatting cellulite is Zaggora Hot Pants. Wearing these thermal shorts helps heat up your body which helps you lose weight 4x faster AND reduces cellulite! I lost 2 jean sizes in 2 weeks wearing Zaggora Hot Pants for 2-6 hours a day. They work AMAZING!
