While your child is receiving the greatest gift of all, the gift of the Holy Spirit and grace, it still feels like a good time to give these children gifts to help them in their journey. Maybe it is a piece of jewelry they may cherish their whole life, or maybe it is a book that will help them understand the faith more deeply.
We have our top 5 favorite confirmation gift ideas for kids below that we think you’ll love! Whatever you decide to get your little confirmant, they are sure to remember this special day their entire life.

One cute and small gift you can get confirmation candidates are Tiny Saint keychains! My kid’s love theirs. You can hook them on backpacks, zippers, and more so that every time your child sees their Tiny Saint, they can remember what’s really important in life – living their life for Christ!
Tiny Saints make an adorable any time gift or a great addition to whatever else you decide to get your child as a confirmation gift. Tiny Saints are only $5/each and can be purchased on their website or you can find a limited selection of them on Amazon.com.

The Saints Chronicles

These are some of my kid’s favorite books to read! They love them so much, they keep reading them over and over again and fighting over who gets which book in their bedroom. If your children enjoy graphic novels, these are the perfect books to get for them. Beautiful, dramatic images along with engaging stories about the saints. These books make learning about early Christians fun and interesting to today’s kids.
There are 4 books in the series so far which you can buy individually for under $15 each or get all 4 books for only $39.99.

Books Written By Their Chosen Confirmation Saint

When your child gets confirmed, they choose a saint that they want to be like, as well as someone who can pray for them from heaven.
It is important to remind your children that that as members of the Church, we are never been alone! As St. Paul said, “We are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses” (Hebrews 12:1). These witnesses are the saints who continually intercede for us and pray for us (CCC 956). When your child chooses a confirmation saint, they are actually choosing a special friend to intercede and pray for them in heaven as well as a person they can model their lives after while here on earth.
Once your child has taken interest in a specific saint, find a book written by that saint (is possible) or a book about that saint, minimally. My daughter chose Saint Teresa of Avila as her confirmation saint so we purchased The Collected Letters of St. Teresa of Avila.
