4 Frizz-Free Hairstyles to Try for Fall
Now that summer has officially drawn to a close, it’s time to re-think your hairstyles for fall. With several frizz-fighting products from John Frieda – and a little effort – you can create the following four styles and look great all season long.
1. Top Knot
A top knot is an easy, effortless style that can camouflage a bad hair day and look equally as chic at the office or running around town on errands. To get this look, apply a thickening mousse to damp hair and follow with a blow dry. When your hair is completely dry, gather all of your hair high on top of your head and twist into a bun; tuck the ends underneath. 2. Fishtail Braid
For a casual, “un-done” look, the fishtail braid is the perfect fall hair style. Start by bringing your hair together against your regular part (if your hair is parted in the middle, bring it to either side. If you have a side part normally, flip it to the other side.) Begin a basic braid and secure hair with an elastic. To complete the look, pull out a few pieces of hair – including long bangs – to give your style a ruffled, “chic-messy” appearance.

3. Beach Waves
Despite the fact that summer has drawn to a close, there’s still nothing sexier than a tousled head of beachy waves. To get this look, apply a thermal protection serum to wet hair. Then, apply a lightweight mousse to towel dried hair to add texture. Blow dry, then use a curling iron to curl sections of hair (hold the iron vertically and wrap hair around the barrel.) Brush hair out, then mist with hairspray to set the look.
