If you’re like me and only have time for exercise right after work, then you know how annoying it can be sometimes to find something satisfying yet portable to eat before you work out. I don’t always have the time to go home right after to grab a snack. You also don’t want to eat anything heavy right before, however you do need something to give you energy.
Below are some good ideas for pre-workout snacks and post-workout meals. Some of these snack ideas can be eaten on the go. For example, throw some grapes and low-fat string cheese in a zip loc bag and you can snack on those on your way home from work.
