I just started Month 4 of my Sensa weight loss program yesterday and today the scale claims I weigh 121lbs.
In Another Update On My Weight Loss, I complained about going from 121lbs back up to 122lbs and it seems I’ve been teetering back and forth ever since.
Unfortunately I did not manage to get down to 120lbs before February 1st. But for the past 2 days, the scale claims 121lbs, which is close enough I guess. It just means I’m going to have to work even harder to get down to 115lbs by the end of February!
I have increased my daily exercise from 10 minutes to 30 minutes in December and for the past 2 weeks, I’ve been doing 1 – 11/2 hours 6 days a week. My torture of choice has been Total Body Sculpt with Gilad which airs on FitTV.
For nearly two decades, world-renowned fitness expert Gilad Janklowicz has taught viewers how to tone and shape-up with his challenging and innovative routines. FitTV showcases Gilad’s popular workouts in a whole new series targeted to men and women.
Normally, I hate workout shows. They’re so cheesy and patronizing. That’s why I was so excited to find Gilad on Fit TV. I LOVE Gilad. He’s motivating, inspiring, not at all patronizing, yet he’s encouraging. I just love working out with Gilad… Lucky for me, he’s on several times a day, and 1 of those times is while my daughter is napping. Woot!
It’s amazing how much your body can change in 2 weeks. I procrastinated losing weight and getting back in shape because i thought it would take months and months. To my surprise, with the combination of the Sensa Weight Loss Program and exercise, I look and feel great!
I made a little scale to show my weight loss, for those who haven’t been keeping track…
So for the record, so you can hold me accountable, I want to get down to 115lbs before March 1st. That’s my current goal! Just 6 pounds in 4 weeks. I should be able to do it if I focus and keep up the exercise.
I think the reason why all this exercise didn’t get me down to 120lbs before today is because muscle is heavier than fat. I think I just replaced a lot of fat with muscle and that’s why I’ve just been fluctuating between 122lbs and 121lbs for the past 2 weeks that I’ve been exercising so hard. I can see that even though the number on the scale isn’t that much different, I look totally different. I have abs again, my arms are slim and toned, and best of all, I’ve lost 2 inches around my thighs!!
I can’t tell you how great it is to put away your fat pants and finally pull out your skinny pants! I can’t wait to buy NEW JEANS! When I get down to my goal weight of 110lbs, I’m going to treat myself to a great pair of jeans like 7 For All Mankind, Citizens of Humanity or Rock & Republic.
