Zaggora Hot Pants Review – Lose 2 Jean Sizes in 2 Weeks!

Last week I mentioned I was reviewing Zaggora Hot Pants. I wore them for 3 days and noticed immediate results! Not only did I lose one whole pants size in the first 3 days, I literally lost noticeable inches from around my waist, hips, butt and thighs.

I lost 18 Pounds in 8 Weeks on The Dukan Diet!

I started The Dukan Diet on June 19th. Just 8 weeks later, I’ve lost 18 pounds!

I did a photo shoot on June 18th, wearing a pair of size 28 Yummie Tummie Slimming Jeans. They were a little bit snug and looking back now I think I must have been poured into them… I put them on today and was so amazed at how BIG they are on me now! I decided they would be perfect to show you some before and after pictures!!

Dukan Diet Personalized Weight Loss – Day 44

I DID IT!!! I finally reached my weight loss goal this past week!!!!!!! OMG I’m SOOO HAPPY!!!

I wanted to lose weight for almost two years and just didn’t have the dedication or motivation to actually DO it. I tried to eat good and exercise, which helped me lose around 1 pound a month, but I wasn’t getting serious results and I was really discouraged. I am SOOOO thankful that Dukan Diet approached me about reviewing this diet because I never would have heard about it otherwise and I would still be unhappy with my weight.

I’m not totally in love with my body right now. I’ve had two kids and pregnancy was not kind to me… BUT I can finally fit back into all my favorite clothes and I look GOOD in my clothes instead of looking… well… uncomfortable. All those days where I wanted to give up and I wanted to quit because people were waving pizza and ice cream in my face… well it paid off!

Writing about the diet every few days or every week has really helped keep up my motivation. Sharing my results with you and getting positive and encouraging feedback has been incredibly helpful as well.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could lose 15 pounds in just 5 or 6 weeks. It’s like a miracle to me. I had actually gotten rid of most of my “skinny clothes” after having baby #2 because I never thought I would ever be able to get back into them. Now I’ve brought out the box of size 2/4 pants and am doing cartwheels over the fact that they FIT!

I can’t seem to stay within my “goal” weight range. The Dukan Diet recommended a goal weight of 114lbs for me. I personally would prefer 110lbs since that is where I am comfortable and feel the best. I am waiting to hear back from my Dukan Coach to see what I should do next. If I should stay on the Cruise Phase for one more week or if I have to move on to the “Consolidation Phase”.

The reason why I haven’t written a new post since Day 30 is because I’ve just been bouncing back and forth between 115 and 114 and it really wasn’t that exciting.

On top of that, I haven’t been wearing my Zaggora Hot Pants as faithfully as I should be. I’m only wearing them every other day or so and you’re supposed to wear them daily for 2 weeks. I’m going to try to do better this week so I can let you know by the end of the week what I think about these hot pants. While I haven’t seen significant loss in inches or weight from wearing them last week, I HAVE noticed (and so have several other people) that the skin of my thighs is a lot smoother. No more visible cellulite! That’s made me want to wear SHORTS which is one of the reason why I haven’t been wearing the Hot Pants every day! :-P I’m just hanging around the house today though, so I have them on!!!!

Dukan Diet Personalized Weight Loss – Day 30

I can’t believe it’s already been one month since I started the Dukan Diet! It doesn’t seem like I have been on a diet that long. “Time flies when you’re having fun!” ??

Today is my biggest success so far. I finally reached 115 pounds!!!!!!!!!!

I was all happy this weekend because Saturday (day 27) and Sunday (day 28) I weighed in at 116.6 lbs both days. Yipeee! Then all of a sudden yesterday, Monday (day 29) I got on the scale and it said 117.6 lbs! ACK! I thought for sure I’d hit another horrid plateau right before my goal! Luckily today, God rewarded my efforts and I weighed in at 115.4 lbs!

Stop! Wait! Hear that? Yup… it’s the Hallelujah chorus.

I’M ALMOST THERE Y’ALL!!!!!!!!!!!

My goal this entire time was to get under 120 lbs before my best friend’s wedding on July 21st. I not only got under 120 lbs but I might just make it to my goal weight of 114 lbs by the end of the week, which is just in time! Please keep your fingers crossed for me!!!

Dukan Diet Personalized Weight Loss – Day 26

When I set out to lose weight and share my journey with my readers, I did not expect to receive more hate mail than encouraging notes… Apparently people’s perception of being HEALTHY has been totally skewed by the enormous amount of overweight and obese people in this country. I didn’t think I would need to keep explaining that I am NOT trying to be anorexic. I am not trying to lose an absurd amount of weight and look like a runway model. I am simply trying to get HEALTHY and be at a HEALTHY weight for me and my body.

That said……..

I am truly excited to be getting so close to my goal weight. My results with The Dukan Diet have totally blown my socks off. I did not expect to be able to lose this much weight, this quickly, after 2 years of being overweight. It feels AMAZING to put on a pair of pants and not only have them not be tight and digging into me, but so loose than I can’t wear them and have to go down a size. Hallelujah!

So here’s an update on my loss since Day 23.

I lose two pounds in the last 3 days! Whoo hooooo!!! I’m down to 117.2 lbs! Just a couple more pounds to get to my goal weight of 114lbs! My goal was to get down to 114 before my best friend’s wedding on Jul 21st and it looks like I might reach that goal!!!!!!!!!

I was getting nervous for a few days there, sitting at 119lbs! A 4 day plateau isn’t too bad though and I think it was because of my period. I got over that plateau much faster than I did the one I hit from Day 3 to Day 11 when I just fluctuated between 123 and 124lbs for a while… That was a little discouraging, but the important thing is to NOT GIVE UP.

Luckily, I’m starting to enjoy making some of the neat little recipes in the The Dukan Diet Cookbook: The Essential Companion to the Dukan Diet. I don’t always feel like making something fancy (nor do I have the time) but when I do, almost every recipe I’ve made has come out superb. Except the turkey meatloaf… that was… not awesome…

 

OH, I should mention I have started to review Zaggora Hot Pants. I’ve been wearing them for 3 days now and I have definitely noticed an immediate difference that I KNOW is not just from the diet…

I mentioned on Day 19 of my diet that I wasn’t seeing a significant or dramatic loss in inches.
