5 Spring Nail Colors To Flip For

Forget the dark, vampy colors of fall – this spring, it’s all about brightening things up. Treat your tips and toes to one of these five spring nail colors – or all of them – and get ready to “spring” into a sunnier state of mind.
1. HOT Coral
Coral looks lovely on all skin tones, and is the perfect bright to wear this spring. Plus, nail color is a great way to wear look-at-me colors without feeling overwhelmed. A few to try:

Get the Look: Taylor Swift for CoverGirl

This look would work well for an evening out – a dramatic cat eye and bold, look-at-me red lips. If you want to nab Taylor Swift’s glam look for yourself, check out these simple tips and product recommendations from CoverGirl.
FACE
Using a foundation brush or wedge sponge, smooth CoverGirl Natureluxe Foundation over your face, beginning at the center of your face and sweeping outwards for flawless coverage.
EYES
Using LineExact Liquid Liner in Very Black, trace a fine line along upper lashes. The goal here is to gradually increase the thickness of the line. Make sure to flick upwards once you reach the outer corner of your eye for the coveted cat-eye look.
Once you’ve lined the upper lashline, finish with at 2-3 coats of CoverGirl Lash Perfection Mascara in Very Black on both upper and lower lashes.
LIPS
To get Taylor’s bold lip look, start by lining lips with CoverGirl Lip Perfection Liner Pencil in Radiant. Stay to the outside edges of your lips, but fill them in completely with liner for a fuller look.
Next, fill in lips with CoverGirl Lip Perfection Lipstick in Burn. Applying color directly from the tube, start at the center of your lips and work outward for even coverage.
