Lochers – Designer Clothing Line

I would like to introduce to you a new design label called Locher’s.

Locher’s is a small Parisian fashion label for those women that have come to terms with the little dirty pervert that resides within all of us. The deviant statements like “will fuck for shoes” are beautifully embroidered with sweet delicate flowers on fine cotton tops in subtle colors like our grandmas handkerchiefs. Nicole Locher created these tops to meet the needs of a woman that wants to be subtly noticed and recognized when someone gets close enough to read “the small print”.

Please have a look at the website,

Fashion Advice – Thrift Stores

Look No Further than
Thrift Stores for the Latest
Fashion Trends

I have been shopping at thrift stores, consignment shops and garage sales for at least the last ten years. I am always able to stay current with the latest in fashion trends because like my mother always says “Everything always comes back in style”. What better place to find vintage clothing at a fraction of the price you would normally pay at retail stores.

I usually go to my neighborhood thrift store every Saturday morning also known as 50% off day. I have my current issues of In Style Magazine, and People Magazine in hand to give me an idea of the latest trends that I should be looking out for while shopping. This also helps to deter me from making unnecessary purchases. First, I make sure to browse through all the clothing aisles to see which aisle has the best clothing, and based on my findings I am off to my area of focus for that day. I know some people don’t like wearing gently used clothing, but I have been doing this for years and usually my neighborhood dry cleaner does wonders with alterations and restoring my finds. If this sounds like something you might be interested in here are a few tips…

1. Have an idea of what you are looking for.

2. Take a current issue of the latest fashion magazine for ideas on outfits.

3. Don’t be afraid to look in the formalwear section if your thrift store has one (I have found tons of cocktail and formal dresses that were perfect for my functions).

4. Become cordial or friendly with the cashiers, to get inside information on incoming merchandise and future sales.

5. Don’t hesitate to buy clothing in the off-season (I know I have found several Ann Taylor sweaters perfect for the fall, in the summer).
