If For some reason (kids,chores, illness) you’ve been up all night and need to be fresh-faced in the morning. Here are a few tips to prevent you from looking (and feeling) like an extra from Dawn of The Dead after a long night.
Lights on-
Your body’s natural clock is tuned to respond to light. Getting the bright lights on helps kick start your body into getting down to business even when it’s tired.
Brush your teeth-
So simple…and you have to do it anyway!

Doing things that signal the start of your day, help you start your day. The freshness from brushing your teeth will perk you up.
Wash with Citrus scented facial wash-

Really? Does the Light thing really work?
I’ll have to try that, but I’m a little afraid actually. I have a really hard time managing my newborn and keeping my look fresh and awake.
