I started my Sensa weight loss program on 11/1. I weighed 132.5 at the time.
Then when I started month 2 of my Sensa diet, I weighed in at 131.2. Not a huge difference there, but it was better than nothing.
Now, here it is the end of the month though and I weigh 125.2! Now that’s a number I haven’t seen on the scale in a long time… So I’m pretty excited about that. I can’t wait to see how much weight I lose in January!

Congrats! Weight loss is so rewarding. I’ve lost 85 lbs in 2 years and kept it off for 1.5. My resolution for this year is to add 4 pilates sessions per week to my routine. So far, so good and I am already stronger for it.
