The Croc of Q Linda Clutch in Poppy. I just begun building a real wardrobe. (Bye-bye over-size t-shirts and mom jeans). I only have one clutch/evening bag. A fabulous black silk vintage clutch that was my Grandmother’s. Anyway with the holiday’s approaching I have parties and evening events coming up this bag would provide a fabulous ‘pop’ to some of my evening outfits. Seasonally appropriate color without making me look like I’m trying to be a Christmas tree. With the detatchable shoulder strap added on it will look fabulous with black jeans, stiletto boots, and a slightly revealing blouse for those all too rare dancing date nights.
Marc Jacobs is one of my favorite designers but I’ve only ever being able to eye his creations from afar. The closest I’ve ever gotten was knock-offs in Chinatown, and that’s not very close at all! So I’d love to have a *real* Marc Jacobs to call my own, ideally the Totally Turnlock Percy Bag in tealish color. I’ve been looking for a good-sized bag I can strap across my body, especially since winter is just around the corner. (Ever notice how bulky winter coats cause shoulder-strap bags to slide right off? That’s why I need one to sling across like a messenger bag!) So it’s a utilitarian take-it-anywhere kind of bag while still being trendy and one-of-a-kind–what more can you ask for?!
I can honestly say I absolutely love EVERY Marc Jacobs bag on shopbop.com. But my favorite style is the Classic Q Drawstringy Satchel, it is so gorgeous, and the color is perfect. I’d wear it everywhere, to parties, to the movies, even to the market.. anywhere I can show it off! I’d wear it with anything but I especially see myself wearing it with jeans, my high heeled boots, and anything for a top, like a cardigan or something. I’m in college so I’d be thrilled to win this gift card since I have so many expenses this year. Thanks so much for this contest!! I looked around Shopbop and they have awesome stuff!
I love the Totally Turnlock Core Faridah handbag. It is the perfect size and I have only used a shoulder bag for past 40 years. I love a large bag that has outside pockets for important items that I am forever losing inside like keys and phone.
I have never had a bag over 30 dollars so this would be great.

My favorite Marc Jacobs bag is the Marc by Marc Jacobs Classic Q Drawstringy Satchel.
I have always been a fan of Marc Jacobs and when I found out years ago that he had a lower priced line Marc by Marc I was so excited because I could finally own something from this fabulous designer!
When I went to New York for the first time with my family, my dad knew what a fan I was and he surprised me and my sisters by taking us to the store on Bleeker Street. It was such a fun experience!! Of course, my dad loves to window shop, which in my opinion is NOT shopping, but I was just so happy that he thought of me and took me to the store! Now everytime I visit New York I HAVE to make a stop at Bleeker Street and pop in to see what wonderful creations are there. And last time I went, I actually bumped into Daniel Vosovic from Project Runway! I have always had good experiences at and with Marc by Marc Jacobs and I really hope that I could win this so that I could buy this amazing bag. Thank you for the opportunity!

This bag is so me. If I could have my own design made…this bag would be it. I love the size…big enough for my own items plus a few items for my two year old. The color (Clementine) is fabulous and the quilted logo lettering gives it status without being in your face! I love the double knott detail on the handles . Classy but casual! This bag is so versatile. It is the perfect addition to any woman’s wardrode.
Those bags are all gorgeous, but I’ll go with the Classic Q Natasha Messenger bag. I don’t know what it is about this bag, but I saw it and immediately thought, “it’s like for a modern-day fashionable Pony Express rider!”

I want the Classic Q Natasha Messenger bag in red. I’ve been looking for a handsfree bag for months and this one would be perfect. I’m in the middle of trying to lose weight so I’m trying not to buy any clothes. Luckily, bags always fit. No matter how I’m feeling, Marc’s bags (I own one already… Dr. Q Groovee Satchel in Grape. My favorite) always, always, always make me feel better. The tactile stimulation of his leather is amazing and soothing, like a dog but without the allergic reaction. I would love to own this bag and the $100 giftcard means I would immediately order it as the price is the only thing keeping me from buying it right now.
I’m in love with the Classic Q Drawstringy satchel. It’s beyond lovely! I’d wear it like the celebs do. Loose tee under a fitted blazer, skinny jeans and a pretty scarf.. and dangling a beautiful Marc Jacobs bag from my arm. I probably wouldn’t have the perfectly tousled hair or name brand boots and sunglasses, but the Marc Jacobs bag would TOTALLY make the outfit.

A. Ha! Trick question! However, I was able to narrow it down to “My Top 3 Most Coveted MJ Bags This Season From ShopBop.com”.
1. Pretty Nylon Printed Tate Tote in Sand Dune Multi – It just screams “BUY ME!”. Seriously, not fair because when I look away, I can only think of its interior MJ black & white emblem fabric print juxtaposed with its cream croc-print exterior. If only I had that $100 ShopBop.com gift certificate, it would be mine for $98!! What a steal!
2. Of course the GrandDaddy of them all – the Petal to the Metal Evie Bag. The name alone scores points with me, but then what is this?? It comes in 2 colors? Rust and Niagara Blue, you don’t say! I prefer the Rust. The gold zipper & buckle details really stand out with the color, and the interior is very hippie chic – a lovely navy blue and sierra paisley pattern. This bag is a perfect Autumn accessory and would pair well with my thousands of R&R jeans!
3. Sorry I really couldn’t help myself, but it’s really hard to pick 1, just one, MJ bag to gush about. Pretty Nylon Tate Tote in Normandy Blue Multi. It’s such a statement accessory, but yet so casual. The colors alone will get you noticed when shouldering this bag. Not to mention, the tied handles at top and the gorgeous-colorful-quilted patterns make it another hippie chic must-have. And it must be duly noted – the pockets on the side for easy access and storage of personal items such as cell phone, lip gloss, etc.
Sigh.. MJ, I love you so..
Love the Twisted Q Lil Riz Bag in brick,,its cute, playful, functional and will add a splash of color to my fall wardrobe.
Love the Croc of Q Linda Clutch in poppy! If you’re gonna carry a clutch, it’s gotta be RED! I’d style it for a night out with Theory’s Shiri strapless jumpsuit and Loeffler Randall’s Rihanna booties. Oh, yes, I’d cause a stir, but isn’t that what fashion’s about?
I think if you’re going to wear a Marc by Marc Jacobs bag, you need to do it in the spirit of Marc himself. This means with colour, personality and fun! Marc may design classics, but he also defines what it means to be young at heart. That’s why I would style my favourite Totally Turnlock Percy slingbag in Ink Blue for a festival, in muddy riding boots and a Brigid Katiis printed romper. And I would dance all night to my favourite song. Because that’s what Marc would want me to do!
Since everyone seems to have great ideas, I thought I’d do this my own way, and make a polyvore for it!

I chose the Turnlock Aidan in Ink Blue because… well, it reminds me of jeans. And to make it stand out, I went for all nude colors.
But, a girl can’t ignore her denim, so I threw in my dream pair, and I matched the nail polish (Dior Vernis) to the bag. Voila! Instant, effortless glamour!

Love the Classic Q Drawstringy Satchel. Purple is growing on me, just got a pair of boots in purple. I wouldn’t pair 2 purple items together though. This bag would look good with black boots, leggings, white long top and a statement necklace
