I recently tried out the new Break’s Over Collection from Herbal Essences. I don’t usually use Herbal Essences so I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome.

Of course, the best part was the aroma! Coconut and mango = Super yummy!

My hair is really thin and fine so it breaks easily, which makes it look really ratty when it’s long. (One reason my hair is short now!) This luscious shampoo and creamy conditioner is formulated to strengthen hair and prevent breakage. So not only have I been using it on my own hair, but I’ve been washing my daughter’s hair with it as well. Her fine, thin hair looked a lot better after just 2 days using it. I don’t think baby shampoo is very good for the health of their tender hair. This seems to be working quite well!

And I have to admit… I also used it on my chihuahua. Mostly on her head and neck, just so she smells like a yummy little coconut. I don’t think she minds…

So Herbal Essences Break’s Over Strengthening Shampoo and conditioner is Housewife approved. If you are concerned about breakage, try it out.

If not, they have tons of other yummy products for all kinds of hair. Even The Fashionable Gal is loving Herbal Essences.
