This will be my last attempt in 2008 to try to lose those post partum baby pounds I keep toting around…

Since starting Sensa on November 1st, I lost the whopping 8 pounds I gained during my 10 day vacation in Naples, FL. (How one gains 8 pounds in 10 days is beyond me… I’m not sure if it was just water weight or whether it was actual poundage from eating 3 meals a day in restaurants…)

I can’t tell if the Sensa helped me lose those 8 pounds or whether they just went away from coming home and starting to eat healthy again. I did notice that I have been eating a lot less since I started using Sensa. I’ve also replaced a couple of my regular meals with salads as well, which I’m sure helped a little bit.

I’m down to 130lbs today… I need to lose 21 pounds to be down to my pre-pregnancy weight and another 5 or 6 pounds to be where I want to be and used to be for most of my twenties…

So I’m pretty positive about Sensa right now… It seems like it’s working and that makes me happy!! Anything that will help me feel better about myself and help me look better deserves all the praise in the world!!! I will keep you updated on my weightloss…
