Every left wondering, “how do I store my makeup?” or “how do I organize my makeup?” Weel, we’ve been thinking that lately.

My new house has a tiny bathroom with literally no storage other than a medicine cabinet and another small, very shallow cabinet behind the toilet. Because the bathroom is long and narrow, there is no room for additional storage to be installed. So what’s a girl to do with all her makeup?

I’ve been looking around for other alternatives… I don’t want to throw it all in my makeup bag because that isn’t very practical for everyday use. So I thought about putting it all in a basket on my bureau. But if it’s just thrown in a big lump, that doesn’t make it easy to find things either.

So I was looking online at professional makeup cases like this Sephora Brand Luxury Ivory Croc Print Train Case for $110. But yeah, way too expensive!! Plus, it didn’t look like it would hold very much and brushes would get squished.

I looked on several different sites, but wasn’t really finding much. Then I decided to look on Overstock.com.

While I was looking for makeup cases on Overstock.com I found this Mackinac Moon Large Charcoal Deluxe Organizer for $24.99. It’s actually like a scrap booking craft organizer, but I think it would make a great container to put all my makeup in!

They have a couple different sizes. The one shown in the pic here is the large one, but there’s Open Top Tote for $18.99 and a Small Square Organizer for $11.99
if you only have a few essentials.

So I think I’m going to get the large one and the medium sized one and fill them up with makeup and leave them on my bureau in my bedroom. What do you think?
