		<description>This article was very helpful to me because I suffer from itchy skin mostly in the winter and also with bouts of eczema on certain areas too. I can scratch my back or legs until the skin is red &amp; I thought exfoliating would make it worse. My own fault, I also do not drink enough water, and get too lazy to moisturize after I take my HOT shower in the morning and HOT shower at night. I&#039;m the one making it worse, so thanks for the info ! xo</description>
