Urban Decay is one of my favorite brands of makeup. There are two UD products I won’t leave the house without; Eyeshadow Primer Potion and the 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Bourbon.

If you have ever been frustrated by your eyeshadow sliding off, smudging, or just plain disappearing only hours after you put it on, then you are going to love Urban Decay’s Eyeshadow Primer Potion. This nude colored eyeshadow base goes on easily, just a dab will do, and it makes ANY eyeshadow stay put on your lids with no creasing, smudging or blurring. It’s the single most important product to have if you wear eyeshadow.

I never used to wear eyeshadow because within an hour of putting it on, it had completely smudged into the crease of my eyelid and looked gross. I have oily skin and most products just slide off my face within an hour. After discovering the wonders of Primer Potion, I started wearing eyeshadow a lot more often and I am so thankful to have found such an amazing product that actually works.

My first tube of Primer Potion was provided by reps for Urban Decay, but I have since purchased another tube of the original primer potion and a tube of . Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion in Sin, a shimmering champagne color version of the original primer potion. It looks great alone or layered with other colors to add just a hint of shimmer.

Now my other must-have is Urban Decay’s 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Bourbon, a delicious dark brown with a slight shimmer to it. It looks gorgeous with warm makeup looks that include colors like gold, brown, green, and copper.
