@Sofi, I hate that you decided to purchase this inferior product that is actually man-made fiber versus lambskin. Everyone needs to let everyone know that this is a scam company and the products are not worth the money.

Well, I gave in and ordered a pair… I was a bit disappointed as they didn’t even come in a box, they were simply in a plastic bag. Delivery was a lot quicker than expected, and they arrived within a week of being shipped which I was happy with, it almost made up for them being box-less! They seem good enough, the smell was slightly over whelming to begin with but that has now faded. The fur is thick, but seems to pull away in clumps very easily. I’m almost too worried to wear them out, as under the toes the sheepskin seems very thin, and I’m worried it will wear away like the cheaper versions in the shops. Overall, although they are very comfy and cosy, I’m not sure the ‘quality’ of them is what it’s made out to be.

Chinese scam!!!! I bought a pair for my wife…. they arent made in Australia… they ship direct from China… and have the solvent/paint smell of FAKE UGGS. I doubt they are even real Merino, as only VOC drenched fake fur mixed with carcinogens can create a smell like that.

There is no customer service. They will hassle you to death to PROVE to them with emailed photos that there is something wrong with the boots before they will ever provide info or an address to make a return…How can you prove a STENCH with a photo?

Unlike a legitimate business, they DO NOT send you a shipping invoice or return label….just a 100% written in Chinese EMS shipping label that was used to send it to you. Go to their CONTACT section of their website….NO ADDRESS or PHONE NUMBER or EMAIL. In the same section is a frequent question section which includes the question of where the boots are made…answer is BLANK.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They are liars, fakers, and they sell a toxic çhinese product that I would bet money is manufactured with chemicals that are illegal in places like the US & Australia. Other than paint thinner and solvents, I have never smelled anything like it…. especially not in something that is meant to touch bare skin.

The Whooga boots are defintely shipping from China – the label was in Kanji. Additionally an email from the person who made the first contact with me from Whooga stated that the manufacturing of the boots has been ‘outsourced.’

The innersole of the black boots I ordered is white while the remainder of the boot is black and the inside lining is black – need to check to see if the lining for black US Uggs is black.

I just received these in the post this morning. Ordered size 37 and was sent 27. Very annoying. Also didn’t look bvery good quality. Box only slightly damaged. Boots fingermarked and looked slightly unmatching in the way they are stitched. I could have bought a similar product for a fraction of the price at my local market. I was seduced by their website. Also didn’t read the returns policy properly. You cannot get a refund only exchange. Never buy footware on the internet. Particularly if it is made in China.
