“The Good Wife” – A New Drama Starring Julianna Margulies and Chris Noth premieres

So, I just learned that CBS has a new drama series called The Good Wife, starring Julianna Margulies and Chris Noth. (You know, Mr Big from Sex And The City??!!)

Margulies plays a wife and mother who must assume full responsibility for her family and re-enters the workforce after her husband’s very public sex scandal and political corruption lands him in jail. It should be an interesting show and sounds like a perfect roll for Mr Big, eh? lol Always up to no good…

Watch Alicia (Margulies) as she transforms herself from embarrassed politician’s scorned wife to resilient career woman, especially for the sake of providing a stable home for her children. For the first time in years, Alicia trades in her identity as the “good wife” and takes charge of her own destiny. I’m hoping there are some good principals in this new show as well as the entertaining drama we all crave everyone once in a while.

From a religious and Christian stand point, I’d have to say I would probably stand by my husband because that would be the “right” thing to do. My first instinct would probably be to leave him though! lol What about you? What would you do?
