I love a good, fresh manicure as much as the next girl, but you should know that regular nail polishes contain a hefty amount of toxins that can stay in your system. The CDC found that every person they tested during a recent study had some level of these toxins in their systems – and women of childbearing age had the highest levels of all: due in particular to nail polish use.

London Butter is another great brand that’s pretty much toxin free. There was an article that the chemicals can also be linked to birth defects-yikes!
Wow, Zoya does have some awesome colors! i was mesmerized by the Butter London selection but those cost twice as much as their Zoya counterparts. To think I just spend 36 dollars to order 3 products from Butter London, and I could have gotten a sampler from Zoya for 2 dollars less!
London Butter nail polish is crap! I bought 2 bottles of it and was VERY disappointed. It chipped within 24 hours. Those colors are lovely, but there is no base coat or top coat in the world that will keep it on your nails for more than 24-36 hours…
I like Zoya and Nubar best.
Did you know that OPI is free of free of Formaldehyde, Toluene or (DBP)Phthalate too??? OPI has always been my favorite brand of nail polish. Good to know it’s safe too!
