We’re giving away a pair of Current Elliot Jeans to one lucky winner!
In case you haven’t noticed, Current Elliot is the “it” brand for denim right now. Their slouchy laid back boyfriend jeans are on celebrities and fashionistas alike, making these the must-have jeans for 2009.
Emily Current and Merritt Elliott, a pair of LA stylists-turned-designers, launched a new line of chic, desirable denim. They self-advertised their new digs at photo shoots and soon, everyone wanted a pair of the looser, cooler jeans. The Current Elliott label received praise from Vogue magazine’s July issue in citing it as “the most refreshing denim line to come out of LA’s jean scene in a long, long time.”
I love my CE Jeans, but be warned they run about 1-2 sizes big. I usually wear size 27, got my C/E jeans in a 27 and they are huge! I can’t even keep them on my hips anymore. (I lost more weight.) I recommend getting 2 sizes smaller than your normal size, unless you want a baggy fit, get 1 size smaller.
Current/Elliot Jeans look great with Nation LTD tees and flips flops. Perfect casual outfit for Summer.

I think these Current/Elliot jeans are so super cool! I am a jeans junkie and I truly live in my jeans. I just got a really cool L.A.M.B. tank top so seeing that it is summer I would wear that with a pair of hot C/E Jeans. I also have a gorgeous pair of 3 inch sort of gladiator style sandals, but they are more feminine than some I have seen, and I would wear them with the jeans to complete the “Look”. I have a great raspberry-colored tank top and a pair of Earth shoes slip-ons that would look great paired with those jeans. In cooler weather, I’d throw my Lucky sweatshirt over the tank top; it’s more of a distressed-style sweatshirt. What a great everyday outfit.

My favorite way to wear boyfriend jeans? a fitted, flirty blouse (usually something with some color in it!) and kitten heels. The combination of feminine and boyish makes for an amazing look!

well I desperately need to get into jeans again.. havent owned a pair in eons. But when my dear 14 yr old Sabrina asked me what my fave jeans were the other day, and then in the same breath said..OH I forgot you dont wear jeans anymore!… I said to myself.. ok thats it… on for the jean hunt! what better way than to win this awesome jeans!… I would pair it with a fab drapey cowl or vneck stretch shirt… have you seen the new ones , the drapey sleeveless ones? that would be sweet!

The “Current/Elliott Boyfriend Jean in Tattered Destroyed “are amazing! I’m drooling at the computer screen just looking at them (lol) Just the other day, I purchased a Matthew Williamson top. It’s White with vibrate beading and décor on it. It has ruched sides! (This is one of my favorite fashion trends) The top is just absolutely stunning. I would pair my Matthew Williamson Top and Current/Elliott jeans with my pair of Sergio Zelcer Peep Toe pumps (in Sand Champagne ). This outfit would be perfect for a fun night in the city. It would be “Chic” yet edgy by pairing the top with these fabulous jeans!
