Personally, he said, no one has complained to him and he wasn't aware of any issues. Finally, he gave me an return authorization # to return and be able to get other sneakers to replace these Easy Tones. Again, these sneakers have caused my achilles tendons to swell and become very tender. I'm in physical therapy several times a week now. Just called the 800 # and John got testy when I kept asking if anyone else had problems. Personally, he said, no one has complained to him and he wasn’t aware of any issues. These shoes rub my ankles and I thought tightening the laces would improve the fit. However, this causes my toes to go numb. I have to wear extra thick socks to cover my ankles and then just deal with the numb toes...this is frustrating! I agree! I love them, the only issue I have is that in my left foot I get a "going to fall asleep" numb, tingle from my toes to about the middle of the foot AND its only the left foot! I'm going to call the 1800 number and see what they said. I do not want to return for a refund as I'm more happy with them, then not. Yea, broke. The top bump on my right shoe cracked and now the bump is flat. I understand I wore them everyday for a few hours in the evenings since Christmas, but I think $125.00 sneakers should hold up a bit longer then 6 months.
