Stacy London was recently on Oprah to share the bare necessities about underwear and how to make your butt look great in whatever you wear!

Stacy swears by this seamless body slimmer, part of the Donna Karan Body Perfect Collection. “It does several things—it shapes, it lifts and it smoothes,” Stacy says. “Ladies, who doesn’t want that?!”

While white pants are great for summer, Stacy says to be careful. Ideally, you should wear a thong—dark colors are a definite no-no, and white-on-white (left) does not work either.

So what’s the secret to wearing a white cotton pant? A nude-colored thong (right).

Stacy sacrifices her own behind to illustrate the most severe crime against style—visible panty lines and bunching (left). Stacy says any full-seat panty will ruin the line of a trouser that is well cut and narrow.

Her solution? A seamless boy short (right). Stacy says they provide perfect coverage and are a great alternative to thongs.

Stacy recommends these seamless boy shorts from Calvin Klein. Unlike the cotton underwear of yesteryear, Stacy says seamless boy shorts go over the butt and the top of the leg to create a completely smooth tush.
