Purex Delivers All Natural Cleaning Power

Posted By: The Fashionable Housewife on June 21, 2008 at 6:41 am

Just wanted to let you gals know about a laundry detergent that I would love for you to try called Purex Natural Elements.

Purex Natural Elements is an ultra concentrated detergent made with a biodegradable formula and recyclable packaging. It comes in 3 great scents: Cherry Blossoms & Vanilla, Apple & Melon and Linen & Lilies. It’s 100% natural, concentrated (so better for the environment) and leaves clothes smelling wonderfully fresh and clean and natural. And it’s not expensive like other green detergents.

In addition, the formula uses 53% less water per bottle over regular concentrate, is free of dyes, hypoallergenic and phosphate free. The raw materials used in the product are 100% naturally derived cleaning ingredients from renewable sources, have natural fragrance extracts and use naturally softened water.

It works really well. I gave it the ultimate test – my husband’s jeans after working under the car. To my surprise, it worked great! Plus, it smells great and is gentle on clothes so I can use it on my daughter’s laundry as well as my delicates. I love it. Give it a try!

Price: $3.50

Where: Your local supermarket, Target, or Wal Mart

Hey! That’s my detergent…or at least what I bought on sale at the market this week. I liked the idea of cherry blossom smelling knickers, but think I prefer plain old Tide scent :-)

I love this stuff. I am just wondering why it they don’t play up the advertising on the biodegradable part? I searched forever to find one and then accidentally read the back of the bottle one day and found out this one is! Weird. But the scents are great and very gentle for a family with sensitive skin.
