I mean some of these girls missed 90's grunge. But I've never been able to stand chipped nail polish. I used to be practically OCD about it - if I had one chip it would drive me crazy in such an unwaivering way that I'd have to go fix it before I could do anything else. Chipped nail polish might look a little neat in an artfully done photoshoot, but when I see them on everyday people, it tends to look sloppy. I can understand why girls are doing this, to a point.
