Would you dare step foot out your door without a dab of makeup on? I’ve done it in the past and those are the times that I run into an old college friend…tis my life.
That is until I started using Philosphy’s makeup optional skincare kit.
I absolutely loved it. It took a while until I started seeing results, but my skin in definitely smoother and more refined. I bought the kit for congested skin because I tend have flare ups every now and then. But it comes in kits for sensitive skin for those girls with drier faces. My new skin care routine is evening out my complexion, too. Now, I don’t think that I’d go to a party with absolutely no makeup but it is nice to step out for errand with just lip gloss…no more hiding behind the merchandise!
This makes me want to try more of their skin care line. Has anyone else seen great results?
Price: $78 (but can you really put a price on fabulous skin?!)

I have been using the ‘Hope In A Jar’ for about 6 months and i LOVE it! My skin is definitely more even and looks brighter. I’m going to try the ‘Purity’ cleanser next =)
I’ve tried many of the philosophy products and have had awesome results…
my favorite is the microdelivery peel – a 2 step microderm/vitamin c peel. leaves skin super exfoliated and fresh feeling. followed up with the hope is not enough cream – wow!
i also live supernatural – the poreless/flawless spf. this works miracles. not only does it minimize pores and even out skin tone – it is a great base for makeup. i often just apply some to my t zone and am out the door.
I just bought the spf lotion – shelter. i live in Florida, so a good spf is super important. it is a great moisturizer but leaves my face a little oily when i wear it alone.
The Purity cleanser is awesome! Removes all dirt and even makeup without additional products or too much scrubbing or tugging at skin. And I ran all over town yesterday with no makeup. not sure I’d go out for work or a formal occasion without, but glob of sunscreen and and a swipe of gloss is all I need for days off. Oh, yeah. Mascara.
Also try Sensiclear, it’s cheaper and awesome! It’s the same price as all the other kits (20 per month) but they mail it out every 2 months. The stuff works better (for me) that ProActiv, Acne Free, and other otc products.
I never have worn makeup and will continue not to wear makeup just now with much better skin.
Amy, is Sensiclear for acne? Does it contain Benzoyl Peroxide?
I’ve used both Proactiv and Acne Free, and I can’t anymore because I’m highly allergic to Benzoyl Peroxide. My eye lids swell up and I can’t open my eyes for 12-24 hours. It always works great on my acne though…
Hi Everyone
I decided to give SensiClear a go after suffering from cystic acne for 10 years: Every acne product I ever seemed to use either made my skin better for a few days and then it went back to normal or even worse. Within the first few days of using SensiClear my skin improved heaps, and 3 weeks on its still getting better and better. Big thumbs up to the guys at SensiClear!
