Paige Premium Maternity Denim on Gilt

This is a special sale alert for our own pregnant editor Sarah-Jean, but also for the rest of you expecting mothers out there! Paige Premium Maternity Denim is on Gilt right now (make sure to look under the “Childrens” section, because it’s listed there)!
Despite all of my denim experience (and experience specifically with Paige Premium Denim), I’m not quite sure how their maternity line fits. If it runs like the basic line, I’d recommend sizing up just one size from your standard jeans (or your standard maternity jeans?) for maximum fit and comfort.

If you’re not pregnant yourself, I have a feeling that these jeans will be an amazing gift for the woman in your life who’s with child. After all, any time you can feel prettier when you’re pregnant is a definite plus!

PS- I am NOT expecting, by the way. But, a tip for every other gal out there who also isn’t expecting. A good pair of maternity jeans when you’re not expecting can be a God-send around that particular time of the month when the body just loves to bloat up and hold water. I keep a pair of maternity jeans around because they don’t bite into my waist during that time and are comfortable. Shh! Don’t tell anyone

This is perfect for expectant mothers who’d like to keep a comfortable pair of jeans handy. I know I’d want one– wouldn’t want to give up jeans even if the tummy’s all bulge-y.
