Puddle Stomp In Style

Nobody wants wet feet and regular galoshes are boring and not very fashionable. Luckily there are a few affordable alternatives that will leave your feet dry and your wallet full!

I have the following 2 styles. It’s been raining here in New England for a few weeks now and they have come in handy several times! Their boots are comfortable, adjustable, and totally waterproof. I stepped in a 8 inch deep puddle and my foot stayed dry!

I usually wear a size 7 and they were a bit big on me. If you plan to wear them with thin socks, I recommend getting a size smaller. Either that, or just order your regular shoe size and wear thick socks like I do!

I tried out the rain boots at Target, Marshalls, and Walmart and found that although they run true to size, they are uncomfortable and hard to walk in. I think that if you want comfort and style, dll rainwear is the way to go.

L’Atitude – Paisley Pop Rain Boots

The L’Atitude Paisley Pop Rain Boots are so classy! The subtle and feminine print is pretty. I’ve worn these with jeans tucked in and over, leggings, and tights and a skirt. My mom borrowed them the other day and wore them with cropped wool gauchos and they looked great!

I highly recommend these as they are high quality, good construction, and very pretty!

DLL – “Feminista” Rain Boots

The DLL – “Feminista” Rain Boots are fun and sexy. Little martinis, lipstick, and lattes are just a few of the cute graphics on these mostly pink boots. The sole is brown, which is quite a lovely contrast to the pink too.

I found these to not be quite as high quality as the boots above, but just as comfortable and very cute. The ankle is quite wide for my skinny foot so I think these would be great for you big boned gals. Keep in mind that these also run a little big in size.

I recommend these boots as they are really fun and sexy!
