Yesterday, I received services from Sonia Borges, a clinical skin care specialist and makeup artist. I got my legs waxed for the first time and it was a lot easier than I thought it would be! I go to Sonia monthly to get my eyebrows waxed and she finally convinced me to get my legs done. It was a perfect time to indulge in such an extensive service, since I’m going to Florida next week and will undoubtedly need to wear shorts. (And might I add, shaving your legs while pregnant is not the easiest thing in the world.)

I absolutely adore Sonia. She’s the sweetest girl you will ever meet, she makes sure you are totally comfortable with warm towels, soft music, and trickling water in the background. It truly is a pampering and self indulgent experience. Every woman needs to be spoiled every once in a while and Sonia definitely makes it happen.

I also go to Cassandra Salon and Spa to have my hair cut and styled by Jon MacDonald – a Master Hair Designer & Colorist and the Director of Operations. Truly a sweet and well educated man who is more than accommodating. I’ve been going to him for about 2 years now and I would never go to anyone else to have my hair cut. I totally trust him with my hair, he always cuts it well and leaves me feeling like a queen.
