I recently had the opportunity to try Mama Mio O-mega Body Oil. Now you know I’ve always been a HUGE fan of Mama Mio, so it really is no surprise that their latest product has me shouting it’s praises from the rooftops!

I prefer this body oil over lotion, especially right after a nice, hot shower. I think it works best when you apply it to shower damp skin as it really seems to lock in the moisture and it spreads more easily.

Most Mama Mio products are made specifically for pregnancy and postpartum recovery. This particular product isn’t made for pregnancy, but I’ve gotten the okay from them to keep using it while I’m pregnant. Yay!
