		<description>It seems to do the same thing to me if my lips are dry. I think bottoms lips tend to be drier than tops lips and thus absorb more of the color. Try some lip balm on just your bottom lip about an hour before application of the lipstain and see how that goes.

You can also try putting two layers of lipstain on the top lip.</description>
