It was very easy to apply makeup on top of both products. Some serums and eye creams are too rich and end up making makeup slide off the skin, but I didn’t have that problem with either one of these products. I tried both liquid foundation as well as mineral powder foundation on top, and both worked fine. I did use Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion, Eyeshadow Base before applying eyeshadow though, but i do that no matter what.

Have vegetables with your meals. This is as simple as having a salad (go easy on the dressing) or a side of your favorite steamed or fresh vegetable. This will help you feel full and reduce the amount you actually eat at the meal.
